Our professional Signing Agents will contact, set and/or confirm the appointment and take the loan documents directly to the borrower(s) at their convenience for signatures. We offer day, night and weekend appointments to service all your client needs. We give the borrowers the same personalized attention they would expect from you and your staff
Our Signing Agents meet with the borrower(s) to have all loan documents properly signed, dated, initialed, notarized. During the appointment; funding conditions, income documents, photocopies of ID’s and checks can be sent via overnight courier or delivered back with the loan document package, which will allow the loan process to move more quickly and efficiently. If any concerns arise, our Signing Agents call us from the table and if a question can’t be answered to the borrower’s satisfaction, title and/or lender will be contacted immediately. Upon completion of the signing, the client will be updated as to the status and documents will be returned in accordance with any specific instructions.
